Our reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity extends across all areas of the business.We are now seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Concierge Specialist - someone who takes joy in making every journey feel effortless, elegant, and personal.Role OverviewUkrainian-Speaking Concierge SpecialistLocation: Remote (based in Ukraine or elsewhere in Europe)What you will do:Be the trusted point of contact for VIP travel partners from 32 countries.Liaise directly with our partner resorts, butlers, and transfer teams to ensure each detail runs to perfection.Handle requests and itinerary adjustments with precision, empathy, and luxury service flair.Work closely with our reservations and operations teams to ensure Pure Escapes standards of excellence.What we’re looking for:Fluent in Ukrainian and English.Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge services, or villa/resort operations.Strong organisational and communication skills, with an eye for beauty and detail.A sense of calm under pressure and genuine care for guests’ happiness.Based in Ukraine or anywhere in Europe (remote role, with occasional travel opportunities).We offer:A dynamic international team and exposure to world-leading luxury resorts.Training and development in luxury travel operations.Competitive remuneration and performance-based growth.
