S.

) to expand the Ulbrich customer base with strategic sales strategies for all Ulbrich products. We are currently looking for a motivated and successful outside sales professional with a proven track record of success; who can make a significant contribution selling our existing products; determining customer needs for new products; and for establishing new client business. As a Territory Manager, you will be expected to assume a proactive sales leadership role in developing and maintaining comprehensive interaction with our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are not all encompassing.

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned consistent with business requirements.

)Achieve and exceed forecast sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;Position the company and its product capabilities with existing and potential customers;Expand customer base and develop effective business relationships to achieve sales forecast requirements and to facilitate repeat business;Make daily sales calls within territory;Represent the Company at designated trade shows;Manage all elements of the assigned South Central territory (Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas) including T&E, daily and weekly reporting requirements and development of weekly itinerary;Keep abreast of current industry and market conditions, buying trends and competitors in order to effectively recommend and take advantage of sales and marketing opportunities;Interact effectively with Materials, Manufacturing and other sales personnel within the Company to ensure a coordinated sales effort;Comply with all ISO related processes and procedures as they relate to the position and;Participate in scheduled company sales meetings/activities and training initiatives as scheduled.

Qualifications3-5 years of outside sales experience to include technical or manufacturing sales preferred. Metals industry experience preferred. College degree or an equivalent combination of sales experience, training and formal education.
