The ideal candidate is an Agile practitioner with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering scalable and efficient solutions. You will own the full software project lifecycle — from requirements gathering to deployment — while working closely with developers, product owners, and infrastructure teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Agile DeliveryLead software development projects from planning to release using Agile/Scrum methodologiesFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder demosDefine scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure project delivery against KPIsCreate, manage, and track JIRA tasks and project boardsTechnical & Business AnalysisTranslate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and user storiesProduce high-quality technical and business documentationConduct business, technical, and systems analysis for ongoing and new projectsSupport the creation and refinement of architecture and system design documentationTeam Collaboration & CommunicationAct as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholdersCoordinate with developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and support teams to ensure alignmentReport project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership regularlyDevOps & Hosting Infrastructure OversightCollaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation processesUnderstand and oversee hosting infrastructure requirements (e.
g. DNS, VPS, WHMCS, Linux-based hosting environments)Ensure best practices in server performance, uptime, and scalability are metRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a technical project management roleSolid development background, preferably in backend technologiesStrong understanding of software architecture and systems designProven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologiesProficient in JIRA, Confluence, and standard project management toolsAbility to create both technical specifications and business requirement documentsPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and cloud infrastructureFamiliarity with hosting platforms (e. g. , cPanel, WHMCS, DNS management)Strong understanding of basic infrastructure (Linux servers, firewalls, databases, etc.
