Checking entity wise BRS to review the funds requirement and highlight open items for necessary accounting Entries.

Tracking of customer cheques & process vendor payment within due dateLC Negotiation and Working Capital Management- Aware of banking regulation of UAE, Check customer LC documents and LC negotiation with bank for timely collection of fund and process LC documents, Process import payments (LC/CAD) to suppliers and service providers within the time frame and Export related document Negotiation, hands on with LC Inco terms. LC amendment process and Prepare loan wise interest provision, prepare trade facility utilization reports for MIS.

Online Payments Verification - Liaising with bankers for easy and swift process of all payments and able to resolve bank queries on timely manner. Regular verification of payee bank details like swift advice, IBAN checking, tracking bank advices for online payment processInsurance - Coordinate with external agencies / insurance brokers and cross functions / departments for timely renewal of General Insurance including medical insurance, property all risk, personal accident and Marine insurance. Ensuring insurance are always enforce and Covered to prevent any loss to the company as well as compliances.

Month end Reporting - Preparing management reports periodically as per the standard reporting such asMonthly Borrowing and interest MISBank Reconciliations for all the bank and controlMonthly working Capital UtilizationMonthly Interest provision
