Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and field corrective actions. Ensure all service activities comply with regulatory and quality standards. Manage personal scheduling, reporting, and car stock for optimal efficiency. Collaborate with the Field Service Manager and escalate issues when needed. Build strong customer relationships, explain service contracts, and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience in field service engineering). Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, preferably in medical devices or laboratory automation. Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. Fluency in English and either Swedish or Finnish (proficiency in both is a strong advantage). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently. IT competence and adaptability to learn new technologies. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Skills: field service,travel,communication
