Council is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated student to join our team on a two year part time contract working 14 hours per week where you will gain hands on industry experience while receiving support towards your tuition fees.To be eligible for this role you mustBe currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering)Have already completed two full years of time study by the end of 2025Have two years left of study as of 2026Be achieving satisfactory academic results in your current undergraduate studiesBe able to demonstrate well developed interpersonal written and verbal communication skillsBe able to demonstrate the ability to multi task and prioritise work within an environment of competing demandsHave strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and ExcelHold a current Class C unrestricted drivers licenceIf you do not meet all of these criteria you will unfortunately not be considered for this opportunity.As a member of our Development Services team you will work on real development and subdivision projects providing meaningful engineering input from day one.
