We provide insurance solutions to companies pioneering new technology and business models in more than 35 countries worldwide.At Relm, our culture is built on Accountability, Collaboration, Curiosity & Creativity, and Courage & Optimism — the values that shape our success and fuel our growth.What You’ll DoUnderwrite and price complex Financial Lines risks (D&O, E&O, Cyber, EPL, Fiduciary).Manage broker relationships and negotiate policy terms to achieve profitable growth.Analyse submissions and market data to deliver sound underwriting decisions.Collaborate with colleagues to drive cross-selling opportunities across global markets.Enhance underwriting processes through innovation, efficiency, and data insights.Represent Relm at market events and contribute to thought leadership in emerging risk.What You BringMinimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Lines underwriting or broking (D&O experience required).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline.Strong knowledge of Financial Lines products, policy forms, and endorsements.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, global environment.Willingness to travel and collaborate across offices and markets.Why You’ll Love Working With UsAt Relm, you won’t just join a company — you’ll help build one.
