Step into the world of commercial real estate with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s International Graduate Programme (IGP), an 18-month journey designed for ambitious graduates eager to make an impact on a global scale. 18 months. 3 countries. 4 assignments. Infinite opportunities. 🌍 What to ExpectYou’ll take on four assignments, each lasting four months or longer, across a variety of departments such as Controlling, Development, Operating Management, Leasing, Marketing, or Shopping Centre Management. This immersive rotation gives you hands-on experience and a 360° view of our business.

✈️ ​Experience international rotationsAt least one of your assignments will take place abroad in one of our European offices, think London, Paris, Amsterdam, or Hamburg. You'll gain cross-cultural exposure, expand your network, and grow both professionally and personally. This isn’t just a graduate programme- it’s a gateway for future leaders in commercial real estate. Who we are looking for:

You hold an undergraduate degree, and ideally a master’s, in Real Estate, Business Management, Asset Management, or a related fieldYou are fluent in business-level English and at least one of the Group’s languages (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Swedish, Czech, Polish)You have excellent analytical/financial capabilities and communication skillsYou have a strong entrepreneurial personality, a curious nature and are keen to bring in your ideasYou would embrace the potential of an International Career and opportunities to gain exposure across EuropeWho are we?At Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), we develop and operate a portfolio of sustainable, premium, mixed-use real estate assets across Europe and the United States.
