Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission. We are seeking a Business Analyst to manage CRM projects and support CRM systems. In addition, this role will involve working on payment gateway and integration projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple systems and tools, gaining hands-on experience in system enhancements, automation and integrations. The ideal candidate shall have a strong CRM and operational background, who understands the end-to-end project lifecycle and can drive system enhancements and integration projects effectively.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollect, validate, and document business and system requirements, including process flows, data mappings and integration specifications. Work with technical teams, vendors, and internal users to propose effective solutions for system enhancements and integrations. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, assist in solution evaluation, and support informed decision-making and prioritization. Create UAT test plan and conduct testing with various teams, ensure system functionality, and assist in the smooth deployment of solutions. Proactively manage project schedules, track task progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through data automation and workflow improvements.
Assist in managing end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration.
RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related disciplineA minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst; experience with accounting software and CRM systems would be an advantageProven experience with CRM (preferably D365) is preferredProven capability to manage and execute implementation projects independentlyExperience in managing payment gateways, workflow automation, and website projects is preferredCandidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailsBe proactive, creative, flexible, responsible and passionate to contribute for a meaningful causeHong Kong Committee for UNICEF is an equal opportunity employer.
