Job DescriptionAs an experienced accountant, you will work with our clients and help them identify and implement optimal solutions. Your Work Will Also IncludeUnderstanding and monitoring legal regulations related to accounting and payroll;Payroll calculation and related contributions;Organizing, optimizing, and improving business processes;Preparing and submitting legally required reports to relevant institutions and clients;Providing mentorship and support to team members.

What We ExpectAt least 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions;Previous experience in an accounting agency and familiarity with the Pantheon software is preferred;Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of German is considered an asset.
