Unilabs is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Lead, junior professional to join our expanding team in Denmark, on a part-time basis. The HR Lead role will be essential in executing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to a positive employee experience. This position will require 2-days per week at the office and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our Denmark team in delivering effective HR services. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employeesSupport employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and proceduresMaintain accurate employee records in accordance with data protection regulationsAssist in implementing HR initiatives, programs, and projects to enhance employee engagementCoordinate training and development activities for staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsSupport payroll administration by providing necessary information for payroll processingCompile data and assist with HR reporting to managementEngage in continuous improvement of HR processes and identify areas for enhancementQualifications:
