The Customer Business Development Assistant – H&B/Discounter role will be responsible for leading the execution of sales and customer engagement strategy for the H&B and Discounter retail channers in Unilever Korea.
This role will be accountable for delivering business targets of the assigned channel/category/products, whilst driving sustainable business growth by establishing excellent customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact both on business results and how Unilever evolves its customer and channel strategies. You will be responsible for sales and customer engagement strategy for our H&B and Discounter channels of with the following key operational responsibilities:
Support to develop, implement and execute Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care and Home Care businesses and operations for the H&B and Discounter retail channelsEstablish productive and professional business relationships with the customersMeet assigned business targets for profitable sales whilst delivering the components of quality sales (e. g.
Right products at the Right price)Manages the customer P&L by brand/category/channel and budget planningDevelop and co-ordinate product promotional initiatives to grow the businessEnsure all the management reports for measuring and reporting business performance are integrated, accurate, reliable and on timeProvide financial and non-financial information to facilitate timely and accurate decisions making on business operationsKeenly track and monitor in market status via trade visits at respective accountsQualificationsEssential:
