What you’ll be doing as a Brand Experience Designer:

You thrive on crafting compelling narratives through design, with an eye for stunning aesthetics and desirable experiences. You are a natural-born storyteller, with a true gift for translating those stories into innovative product ideas. You have a passion for outstanding user experience at all touchpoints, and you use creativity, empathy, and a diverse breadth of tools and methodologies to help define what that end-to-end experience looks like. You care deeply about designs that strike the balance of beautiful and feasible. You communicate clearly and have a collaborative spirit. You are entrepreneurial at heart.
You are a design thinker AND doer, a self-starter with a growth mindset in relation to your own personal development. About your skills and capabilities: You will have worked in a similar role for 1-3+ years, with a range of brand design experience in a corporate, consultancy or agency environment. Ideally, you hold a degree within the area of design, marketing, branding or innovation. You have strong communication and visualization skills, especially in the area of early concepting.
You also have a brilliant knack for translating technical ideas to non-technical audiences, and a strong ability to distill consumer insights into opportunity areas for design. You have a keen eye for detail and impeccable crafting skills, but equally important to us is a designer who can confidently express their ideas through words. Presenting and discussing work within the design team, as well as with stakeholders and external creative partners, is a *fundamental* requirement of this role.
In terms of hard design skills, you are a whiz in Adobe Creative Suite with a passion for graphic design ideation, mockups, and refinement. You have working knowledge with 3D modeling and rendering software. You have awareness of common packaging materials, their manufacturing processes, and their design and sustainability implications. You have a passion to learn, collaborate, and challenge yourself to grow as a designer.
