Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflowsWork closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and meet business goals Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and operational challengesPrepare and present regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and team achievementsEssential Skills And QualificationsEducation: Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industryProven track record in team leadership, operations management, or production in a regulated environmentFamiliarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CE Marking, and other industry-specific standards Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MedTech products and manufacturing processesKnowledge of regulatory compliance, quality control, and assurance practices in the MedTech industryProficient in ERP systems (NAV , Microsoft Dynamics ) Leadership & Management Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with mentoring and developing team membersStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Soft Skills:
