UNIQLO Malaysia is looking for talented management candidates to join our team and help to shape the future of our global brand.About the ProgrammeAs a member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives that drives growth, innovation and operational excellence.Rotation 1: Retail AssociateStart your journey on the sales floor, where you’ll become a customer service role model. Dive deep into our processes, handling fitting rooms, deliveries, replenishments, and more. Combined with hands-on experience, you’ll engage in business management workshops and discussions with your COO, setting the foundation for your future success.Rotation 2: Assistant Store ManagerStep up to the role of assistant store manager, where you’ll take on managerial responsibilities. Lead your team, shape daily schedules, provide training, and drive sales together on the shopfloor. You’ll also manage a specific product category for your store, and contribute to our corporate social responsibility initiatives.Rotation 3: Store ManagerSupport UNIQLO in optimizing business performance, design strategic shop floor layouts, and develop store members’ training plans. Your leadership will ensure that the store exceeds expectations daily. Throughout the programme, you’ll be evaluated on your capabilities, opening doors to leading a multi-million revenue store as its store managers.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership in managing a store to maximize store performance at the highest store standards.Put customers first and deliver an exceptional shopping experience through product management, staff service and sales floor presentation.Lead, guide, and motivate team to deliver results in sales, profit and brand development.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business performance and develop strategies for sustainable growth.Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.QualificationsOpen to final-year students and graduates with a Bachelor's degree in any field.CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd Class Upper equivalent.Flexibility to relocated within Malaysia or overseas, based on business needs.Flexibility to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.Love for retail, a go getter and possess entrepreneurial mindset.Energetic, disciplined individuals with a strong sense of achievement in UNIQLO's mission.
