Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate comes from retail or the fast-moving consumer goods industry, bringing strong business acumen, customer-centric thinking, and a proven ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment. As a senior member of the marketing team that comprises of 20 people across product, PR, digital, store divisions, you will play a key role in shaping the development and execution of product strategies/campaigns and driving impactful initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful activations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute weekly product calendar and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insightsConceptualize, plan and launch end-end product marketing campaignsPartner with cross-functions to manage end-to-end product lifecycle from launchAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunitiesMonitor sales performance, inventory levels, and profitability, recommending actions to maximize resultsManage operational details including budget, to ensure timely execution of product and marketing initiatives What We’re Looking ForA positive team player who values collaboration, respects diverse perspectives, and considers all opinions equally to achieve the best outcomesHands-on, with a willingness to roll-up sleeves and dive into details, be on the shopfloor to ensure execution excellenceAgile, thinks out-of-the-box, thinks for his/herself, challenges the normResilient, adaptable and motivated by achieving measurable business results.

Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Business or Marketing6-10 years of experience in FMCG or retail industriesExperience in managing end-end product campaigns for a local market i. e.
