Responsibilities: - Effectively manage the daily store operations to achieve sales targets and propose periodic initiatives to drive extra sales in Macau. - Develop a Macau sales team with professional customer service standards to enhance customer shopping experience and loyalty by the proficient implementation and execution of different management tools, e. g. customer relationship management (CRM), training and briefing, time management, etc. -Be responsible for all qualitative analysis and customer feedback. -Keep a good relationship with the brands to maintain efficient and effective store inventory, display and merchandizing strategy. -Train, develop and create a teamwork environment among the sales team.
-Work closely with Macau and Hong Kong management and colleagues. Requirements: - 5 years or above experience in luxury retail, Jewelry industry is an advantage. - High problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical skills and excellent market sense. - Ability to deal with ad hoc issues is preferred. - Fluent in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English. -Candidates with previous Macau work experience would be an advantage. - Less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Boutique Manager or Supervisor.
