In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract the highest caliber of talent to meet our client's needs. You will lead efforts in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates while driving an exceptional candidate experience from the beginning to the end of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to various roles and departmentsSource and attract candidates using innovative methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and referralsConduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and fit, and provide feedback to hiring managersCollaborate with HR teams to improve and streamline the recruitment processBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journeyStay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment processesMentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing and interviewing techniquesRequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior roleProven track record of successful candidate sourcing and hiring across various industriesStrong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance trackingExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
