Evaluate and enhance existing payment processes, including integration with the T24 environmentProvide insights on industry best practices for payment systems and T24 integrationT24 Implementation Support: Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure T24 functionalities that meet business needsParticipate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for T24 deploymentsProcess Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows and enhance operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain process documentation and user manualsStakeholder Communication:

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycleProvide regular updates on project milestones and deliverablesRequirementsMinimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and financial services, with a focus on payment systemsExperience with T24 Banking Software is essentialStrong understanding of payment processes, including SWIFT, RTGS, and other payment mechanismsProficient in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder managementFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
