Business Analyst- Corporate Digital Banking Platform

Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities such as account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans and user administrationDevelop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that reflect the needs of corporate clients and internal teamsCollaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs meet business banking usability standards and align with functional requirementsLiaise with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical design in a scalable mannerSupport backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature validation, ensuring timely and complete delivery of business featuresContribute to UAT planning and execution, including writing acceptance criteria and validating test outputs and outcomesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably on digital platform, with at least 2 years in corporate or business banking domainFamiliarity with digital platforms offering transactional banking, user access management, trade services, or payment workflows for business clientsStrong skills in writing user stories, process maps, and functional documentationExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and FigmaAbility to grasp complex business processes and translate them into clear specifications and workflowsAbility to work with cross-functional teams across product, UX, tech, and complianceExperience with fintech, or enterprise-grade digital platforms in corporate banking spaceUnderstanding of multi-tier user access models, transaction approval workflows, and regulatory constraints in B2B bankingExperience with micro-frontend-based platforms is a plusExposure to design thinking or service design frameworks is an advantage
