Requirements 2 or above years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations within financial services or technology Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferred Familiarity with project governance frameworks is a strong advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiativeResponsibilities:
Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect management Provide support in project reporting, status updates, and dashboards for senior management Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms, market data, and booking processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle
