We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Digital Banking initiatives for a reputable local bank in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking channels, digital transformation, and project management methodologies. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital banking projects (e. g. , mobile banking, internet banking, onboarding, payments). Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and technology teams to define scope, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and customer experience goals. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources efficiently.
Track milestones and produce regular project reports for senior management. Support testing, training, and go-live readiness activities. Drive Agile/Scrum practices where applicable for faster and iterative delivery. ✅ Requirements: 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Digital Banking or Channel projects. Strong domain knowledge of retail banking products and customer-facing channels. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience in stakeholder management, especially across technology and business units. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
