Job DescriptionPolicy / Compliance / Regulatory Documentation & TrackingEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, circulars, SLAs, and SOPs.Maintain a centralized and organized repository of all compliance and regulatory documentation.Track deviations and non-compliance, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and transparency.G2P Business Monitoring & ImplementationMonitor end-to-end implementation of G2P projects in accordance with contractual commitments and SLAs.Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery to beneficiaries and stakeholders.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage conflict resolution where required.Ensure visibility to top management through dashboards, reports, and periodic business reviews.Collaborate with government entities, internal departments, and external partners for milestone delivery.Project Governance & Delivery SuccessLead and govern the project roadmap to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (especially Technology) to monitor project progress and remove bottlenecks.Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation measures.Establish visibility through structured reporting, dashboards, and management updates.Implement and enhance project management tools, methodologies, and quality checkpoints.Reporting & InsightsDevelop dashboards and operational reports as per business requirements.Ensure delivery of accurate and timely reports (daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc) to both internal and external stakeholders.Drive insights from reporting to support business decision-making and operational improvementsJob SpecificationBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Data Analytics, or related field).Relevant experience in G2P, financial inclusion programs, governance, or public sector program delivery.Experience in banking, regulatory institutions, fintech, or similar industry preferred.Strong stakeholder management skills — especially with government bodies, financial institutions, and technology partners.Proficiency in MIS reporting, reconciliations, data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, etc.).Strong communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
