Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Head located in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Unit Head will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading and motivating a team, ensuring targets and goals are met, and providing strategic direction to the unit. The Unit Head will also be expected to collaborate with other departments, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
