Join our team at Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Unit Manager.Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting ServicesFull-time, days (Monday - Friday)Responsibilities for a Unit Manager:Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unitOversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unitEnsures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of NursingActively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of NursingParticipates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs Qualifications For a Unit ManagerPrimary series of the COVID-19 vaccine requiredMust possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN / RN in Massachusetts.Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center.
