This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role where you will directly contribute to improving economic, fiscal, and public service performance across Aotearoa.As a Unit Manager, you willLead and develop a team of Graduate Analysts, Analysts, and Senior Analysts to deliver cohesive, evidence-based advice that informs critical government decisions (approximately 8-10 direct reports).Drive quality assurance processes to ensure advice is robust, timely, and impactful.Build and maintain influential relationships with Ministers, senior public sector leaders, and external experts to shape and implement effective policy solutions.Champion cross-Treasury collaboration, aligning your team's work with the organisation's strategic priorities to maximise impact.We are looking for Unit Managers in the following teamsClimate, Energy & Resources (12 months fixed term at which point the current incumbent will return to their position)Economic & External StrategyAnalytics, Insights & ModellingSocial Sector, Communities & LearningInvestment Management & StrategyŌ pūmanawa | About YouWe are seeking a leader who thrives on delivering results and driving change.
