Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Second Language Instructor located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The instructor will be responsible for teaching English to non-native speakers, developing and implementing curriculum, creating lesson plans, and assessing students' progress. The role includes a focus on both practical and theoretical aspects of language learning, helping students to improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English. Qualifications Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign LanguageExperience in Teaching and Curriculum DevelopmentKnowledge of LinguisticsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needsBachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related fieldPrevious teaching experience is a plus
