Position Summary: The Label Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the label across releases, marketing campaigns, production, distribution, and artist relations.

This role helps ensure that projects run smoothly and on schedule, coordinating communication between internal teams, artists, partners, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities:  Release Management: Assist with setting up and scheduling digital and physical releases. Coordinate metadata, assets, credits, and delivery deadlines with artists and distributors. Track release calendars and keep stakeholders updated on timelines and changes. Marketing & Promotion Support: Help organize marketing campaigns, social media assets, and promotional rollouts. Liaise with PR, radio, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely execution. Collect and compile marketing reports and campaign results Administrative Support:

Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, invoices, and budgets. Assist with processing payments and coordinating with finance. Help prepare internal reports, sales data, and streaming updates Artist & Partner Liaison: Be a point of contact for artists, management teams, and creative partners. Coordinate meetings, studio bookings, and content production when needed. General Operations: Support event logistics for showcases, launches, and live activations if any Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required to support the label’s projects. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in music, media, or entertainment (internships included). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. Proficiency with spreadsheets, file management, and collaborative tools. Genuine passion for music and understanding of current trends and digital platforms. Bonus Skills: Basic understanding of digital distribution platforms and metadata standards.
