Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (Vietnam)What are the Roles and Responsibilities?Assist Brand Manager in developing the Brand Marketing Plan by gaining a deep understanding of brand growth drivers, brand health indicators, and identifying critical issues and opportunities.

Take the lead in deploying innovation and activation projects, ensuring they align with the Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan, including communication strategies. Continuously monitor and evaluate brand performance, providing recommendations and executing strategies to enhance brand equity. Identify solutions and make recommendations to improve brand effectiveness based on ongoing performance monitoring. Work closely with various agencies, including Creative, Market Research, Digital, etc. , to ensure seamless brand experiences across all touchpoints. Take charge of specific brand projects in line with the brand plan, ensuring their successful execution.

Monitor budget expenditures and communicate timely updates to relevant stakeholders regarding overspending or cash availability. Collaborate with different functions, including Trade, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, on ongoing projects, competitive analysis, budget allocation. What are the Qualifications? A bachelor's degree is required of 1-2 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry. Strong business acumen and analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional time management skills to excel in a dynamic work environment with multiple projects. A passion for growth, practical creativity, and a commitment to achieving results.
