-Të ketë veprimtari kërkimore-shkencore të botuar në fushën përkatëse. -Të zotërojë gjuhën angleze në nivel C1 (dëshmohet me certifikatë ose përmes testimit). -Aftësi të larta komunikuese, bashkëpunuese dhe përkushtim ndaj cilësisë akademike.
