We are a highly international and research-oriented Department. More than 30 full-time junior and senior professors together with numerous PhD students form an international community dedicated to studying all aspects of economics. Your future tasks: Active participation in research, teaching & administration, which means you:
build up an independent research profile in the field of Economics. are involved in research projects and scientific studies. publish internationally and give lectures. apply for projects and raise third-party funds. teach courses in the master's programme "Philosophy and Economics" (within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement). participate in examination activities, evaluation measures and in quality assurance. take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration. Completed doctoral/PhD studies in Economics Outstanding dissertation in the field of Economics Research competence and initiative Didactic skills Excellent knowledge of English Knowledge of German is an asset but not required.
