Let’s shape the future together!Your Personal Sphere Of PlayThe Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology has a vacancy for a postdoctoral position (40 hours/week, limited to 6 years). The position is assigned to the field of Psychological Education and Transfer Research (Head: Univ.-Prof. Dipl.-Psych. Dr. Barbara Schober). We are looking for a candidate with a degree in psychology, a doctorate in psychology, scientific interests and experience in research and teaching in the field of empirical educational psychology with a focus on motivation, well-being and learning at school, development, evaluation and implementation of intervention programs, or gender and diversity in educational contexts. Support will be provided for the writing of a cumulative habilitation thesis. Applicants should be able to work well in a team and have strong social skills. We offer the opportunity to work in a highly motivated, committed, and internationally oriented team. In addition, a programmer and experimental laboratories are available to the working group for the preparation and implementation of research work.
