There are also annual salary increases available for continuous employment (up to three years).Workload: The standard workload is 22 teaching periods (45 minutes each) per week.Time Off: Teachers receive up to 3.5 months of winter and summer vacation per academic year, in addition to paid sick leave and national public holidays. A Chinese holiday allowance is also provided.Accommodation: Free, fully furnished on-campus accommodation is provided (studio, one-bedroom, or villa), excluding utilities.
