Job Description

20%Clinical Psychology of Childhood and Adolescence DivisionThe DyDIA (Dyadic Daily Interactions during Adolescence) study investigates how adolescents interact with their parents and friends in daily life, with a focus on their experiences during these exchanges. We use a Dyadic Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) design, in which adolescents, one of their parents, and a close friend complete short surveys throughout the day about their interactions. We are currently recruiting participants aged 12 to 18 years old, along with one parent and one friend, through schools, partner institutions, and social media.

TasksAs a Research Assistant, you will support the team in various aspects of the project, including: Recruitment of adolescent participants, parents, and friends via schools, online platforms, and partner institutionsContribution to the development and implementation of recruitment strategiesData collection and data management tasksThis role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

RequirementsEnrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in PsychologyFamiliarity with the Swiss education system and/or existing contacts in schoolsReliable, precise, and able to work independentlyQuick to understand new tasks and proactive in your approachStrong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with young peopleInterest in promoting the study, particularly in school settingsWe offerInsight into applied research with adolescent populationsSupportive team environment and regular exchange with researchersFlexible scheduling and the option of working from homePotential opportunity to write a Master's thesis or to continue with an unpaid internship within the projectTime frameStart: October 2025.
