About The RoleYou’ll be supporting our Social Media Content Manager and social media Officer across all aspects of content and community — from filming and editing to scheduling and reporting. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role where your ideas are valued, your voice is heard, and your creativity makes a real impact.

What You’ll DoBring UEL’s stories to life with standout visuals — think reels, graphics, short-form video, and moreHelp manage a busy content calendar, turning both planned and spontaneous ideas into scroll-stopping postsSupport on daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTubeCapture live coverage of key moments like open days, graduation, and big campus eventsJump into community management — replying, moderating, and keeping things upbeatAbout YouYou don’t need to have years of experience — but you do need to bring energy, curiosity, and a passion for storytelling through digital.

You’re confident with a phone in your hand, understand that every platform speaks differently, and aren’t afraid to experiment with new formats or tools.
