Liaise with buyers for information about tendersLiaise with internal clients on all buying procedures when requestedAdministration of e mails received by the office (first level support) Support for Office Intranet communication updatesSupport for publications, presentations and lecturesPublication of all communications related to tenders during procedureYour profileBachelor degree in administration or equivalent experienceA first experience in the administration of goods and services procurement or knowledge of Luxembourg public procurement regulations are considered an assetGood command of SAP MM or other procurement tools is considered as an assetFluency in English and French is requiredExcellent communication and organizational skills with attention to details and accuracy Proficiency with modern office software and content management systemsTeam player, able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment We offerMultilingual and international character.
