The Human Resources Section (HRS) of the Office of Administration (ADMO) of the University of Macau invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant at a taxable monthly salary ranging from MOP25,380 to MOP33,840 (index 270 – 360).
ResponsibilitiesHandle the compensation and benefits related affairs, including but not limited to various types of subsidies, medical benefits, provident fund scheme, leave, staff insurances, and ensure they are in compliance with the relevant stipulations;Responsible for the entire employee separation process;Prepare employee information to the Social Security Fund and the Financial Services Bureau;Analyze and prepare compensation and benefits related proposals;Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, in Business Management, English Studies or related disciplines;At least 2 years of full-time work experience in human resources;Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);Knowledge of Macao Labour Law is an advantage;Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;Well-organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously;A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
