Essential qualities include: Experience in managing and analysing data, with the ability to interpret findings effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning and analysisStrong project management skills, with the ability to independently organise and prioritise workExcellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholdersAbility to identify trends and insights, supporting evidence-based decision-makingDesirable experience includes knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
