Your Personal Sphere Of InfluenceThe Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences is looking for a projekt manager to coordinate a thrid-party funded large projekt, requiring relevant academic experience in the field of pharmaceutical sciences or related disciplines (drug discovery) and preferably experience in projekt management. Your Future TasksThe scope of tasks and activities includes supporting the project leadership of a FWF-funded large project:
this encompasses independent and self-responsible project planning and management, digital transformation, resource planning, monitoring project progess, risk management, ensuring compliance with standards, quality assurance, project documentation, communication and cooperation within the project team, public relations, planning of project meetings/retreats, review of results and evaluation of project success and project completion. This Is Part Of Your PersonalityAHS or BHS degree, Master's degree in pharmacy (or a related degree), doctoral degree in natural sciences. Languages: German - very good knowledge (must criterion). Languages: English - Excellent knowledge (must criterion). IT: Ms-Office - user knowledge (mandatory criterion).
Completion of Master degree in Pharmacy or any related Master degree (e. g. Drug Discovery, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology), completed doctoral study in Science. Computer literacy (MS office, management of databases). Very good command of oral and written language (German and English). Experience in thrid-party funding, experience in the pharmaceutical industry and entrepreneurship, active participation in international congresses/scientific meetings, as well as personal publication activity are advantageous. Experience in the areas of communication, management and service is benefical. Teamwork, organzational talent, problem-solvig skills, initiative and high social competence are expected.
