You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Talent Identification team you are expected to contribute to the University Programs strategy analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate university programs, events, and employer branding initiatives aimed at strengthening our presence and engagement with universities. This role is key to implement US-based programs, enhancing recruitment strategies, and fostering relationships with academic institutions.Take ownership of all university programs originating from the US, ensuring their successful implementation across partner universities.Validate and curate program content, and train the internal team on how to effectively present it.Coordinate and manage the creation and approval of new content proposed by Career Directors.Identify and engage suitable speakers for programs and events.Attend university events to evaluate presented content, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports covering key metrics such as number of events (targeting students and university leadership), follow-up on agreements and meeting minutes, effectiveness of recruitment events, and candidate funnel analysis.Administer and monitor events using Phenom, ensuring continuous follow-up.Serve as the primary contact point with the US office to monitor, customize, and implement new programs that align with strategic goals.Act as the point of contact (POC) for all Employer Branding-related initiatives.Track changes in PwC procedures and policies for timely translation and dissemination.Maintain and update the TID SharePoint site regularly.What You Must HaveBachelor's Degree.4 years minimum of solid experience in University programs.Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).Demonstrating experience and familiarity with CRM systems/ ATS tools: Workday, Success Factors, etc.Skills: Outgoing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, results oriented.What Sets You ApartIn-depth knowledge of and experience working with universities, particularly in university recruitment programs and talent pools.Strong experience and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting is desirable.Experience in training programs and activation initiatives.Familiarity with US programs and cross-functional areas such as Employer Branding, Future Ready initiatives, Recruitment, Legal, Risk, and Communications.Reviewing and updating recruiting information systems to confirm data quality and completeness.Working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.Leveraging available technologies to establish and maintain relationships.
