It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams.What You’ll DoThis role is responsible for executing and enhancing Eaton’s University Relations and Internship strategy across EMEA, with a strong focus on building critical talent pipelines in Engineering and Finance. It leads the Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program (LDP) track, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and delivering a future-ready talent pool. The role drives a strategic feeder approach to the LDP by leading three core pillars: University Relations, Strategic Internships, and Employer Branding.Strategic University RelationsOwn and execute the University Relations strategy, managing partnerships with top-tier universities across EMEA.Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to build and nurture relationships with selected universities, driving the attraction and recruitment of top talent.Identify and lead strategic initiatives—such as career fairs, networking events, and other engagements—that build a strong talent pipeline. Measure impact and return on investment (ROI).Lead the Early Talent Employer Branding strategy in EMEA, including the Talent Scout program.Act as a brand ambassador, clearly representing Eaton’s vision, values, and culture to university leaders and students.Facilitate engagement between leaders, HR, and academic institutions to elevate local collaborations into regional strategic partnerships.Business PartneringServe as the subject matter expert for early career recruitment on the steering committees of Eaton’s LDPs.Support Eaton’s Executive Sponsors of key university partnerships to maximize value for both the company and early talent.Contribute to business initiatives related to strategic university partnerships, guiding stakeholders on strategy, ideas, and opportunities.Program Lead For The Engineering & Technology LDP TrackManage the Engineering & Technology Early Talent LDP track in EMEA, ensuring alignment with the global framework.Engage executive sponsors, stakeholders, and steering committees in the strategic planning and execution of the program.Develop a robust pipelining strategy that ensures a steady flow of talent into the LDP.QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional business and/or higher education environment.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree or MBA preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications or Business Administration.5 years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on early career talent development or program leadership roles.SkillsFluency English.
