Corporate Finance – Associate Director

ResponsibilitiesExecute corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, pre-IPO investment, financial advisory and other fundraising exercisesPerform internal approval procedures, due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory submission preparationPrepare, review and follow up transaction issues and documentation independently and report to supervisors from time to timeLiaise with clients, external professional parties and communicate with regulators as requiredEngage in financial modelling exercise and prepare valuation presentationActively involved in client pitches, market researches and idea generation for the teamPerform other job duties as assignedRequirementsUniversity Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related disciplineMinimum 8-10 years' corporate finance-related experience Proven track record in executing ECM/ M&A/ Debt transactions, with strong awareness of regulatory compliance requirementsPossess excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skill Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Stable and proactive team playerExcellent spoken Mandarin and English is a must.
