ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, pre-IPO investment, financial advisory and other fundraising exercisesPerform internal approval procedures, due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory submission preparationPrepare, review and follow up transaction issues and documentation under guidance of supervisorsLiaise with clients, external professional parties and communicate with regulators as requiredAssist in financial modelling exercise and prepare valuation presentationActively engage in client pitches, market research and idea generation for the teamRequirementsUniversity Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related disciplineMinimum three years' corporate finance or investment banking experiences in reputable financial institutionsProven track record in executing IPO and capital markets transactions, with strong awareness of regulatory compliance requirementsPossess excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skillsFluency in Mandarin, English and CantoneseWe offer good career prospects, competitive remuneration packages to the right candidates.
