ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, equity placements and block trades, pre-IPO investments and other fundraising exercises Perform internal approval procedures, industry and market research, comparable valuation analysis, shareholding analysis and preparation of presentations Liaise with syndicates, sales, corporate clients and investors during deal execution Actively involve in client pitches, market research and ideas generation for the team Perform other job duties as assigned from times to timeRequirementsUniversity Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related discipline Minimum one-year equity capital markets related experienceProven track record in executing aforementioned transactions, with strong awareness of industry and market developments Proactive team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Excellent spoken Mandarin and English We offer good career prospects, competitive remuneration packages to the right candidates.
