We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining a high level of communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to drive results and ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities: Manage project lifecycle from planning to execution, including scope, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately. Act as a point of communication between stakeholders, team members, and upper management. Allocate resources and assign tasks to the project team based on project requirements. Conduct regular meetings to update progress, address issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Ensure high standards of quality in project deliverables, meeting both customer and business expectations. Foster a collaborative environment, driving team engagement and accountability. Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software tools (e. g. , MS Project). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage ambiguity. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and lead project teams. Time management and prioritization abilities.
