We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our headquarters in Sofia.

This role is key to ensuring a professional and efficient working environment and supporting both the leadership team and internal departments. Key ResponsibilitiesManage general office administration, including mail processing, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace. Liaise with external service providers and regulatory authorities. Coordinate meetings and events, and assist in planning and organizing internal and external company functions. Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams, offering administrative support where needed. Oversee logistics including shipments, travel arrangements (domestic and international), and vendor communication. Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of office equipment and manage facility needs.

Track and report office-related expenses, working to optimize costs. Prepare and maintain documentation, databases, and internal records. You’ll fit right in if you meet the following criteria: 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
