On their behalf, we are currently looking for home-based Customer Support Specialists with no previous experience, who are willing to join their team and help them grow further. Responsibilities: Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;Provide timely responses and resolutions to partners' queries and questions;Project a professional company image through phone interaction;Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements:

Excellent command of English language;Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with the ability to understand customers’ needs;Ability to work on shifts;Positive attitude and motivation;Previous experience in any customer service role is a plus.
