We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Benefits Coordinator to manage and administer employee benefits programs and visa processing in compliance with UAE & KSA labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers and ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of benefit-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, end-of-service benefits, and any other welfare plans. Government Relations Management: Handle transactions with government authorities, including the Ministry of Labor. Visa Processing:
Process various types of visas (Exit/Re-entry, Final Exit, Work Visas) and maintain Iqama renewals, transfers, and cancellations. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and labor regulations. Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, claims, and eligibility. Maintain up-to-date records of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in the HR system. Liaise with insurance providers, government agencies in Dubai and KSA and EU when needed. Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws related to employee benefits and entitlements. Support the onboarding and offboarding process by explaining benefits to new hires and terminating employees.
Coordinate wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs related to health and well-being. Support the senior team with timely reports regarding cost, detailed benefits analysis and market activity to ensure the organization remains competitive in their offerings. Assist in benefits-related audits, reports, and data analysis. Recommend enhancements to benefits programs based on employee feedback and market benchmarks. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR or employee benefits administration, preferably in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabi Region. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employee benefits practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Preferred: Experience working in multinational or regional companies. HR certification (e. g. , CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage. Fluency in Englis and Arabic required. Working Conditions: Full-time position, based in Dubai. Hybrid based with occasional meetings with external benefit providers.
