📝 Apply Here (Google Form Required): https://forms.gle/taXXaZ5Cy1FThr6SA⚠️ Applications without form submission will not be considered.📧 For queries: admin@codexquill.com 🕘 Full-time | 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat) 📍 Location: 4th Floor, Plaza 34, Orchid Road, Sector A Commercial, DHA Phase 2, IslamabadAbout the Role:We’re looking for a smart, confident, and proactive individual to manage our Upwork account, client communications, and project delivery process across design and development projects.This role also aligns closely with a Business Development Associate (BDA) position — focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and growing CodexQuill’s Upwork presence.You’ll act as the main bridge between clients and our creative team — handling proposals, meetings, task delegation, and follow-ups to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and professionally.This is a key position with room to grow into a Client Operations Manager or Agency Lead role.Responsibilities:Write and submit high-quality Upwork proposals tailored to each project.Handle client communication and schedule Zoom/Google Meet calls.Understand project briefs for UI/UX, branding, packaging, and web development.Assign tasks to the team and track progress using Trello/Discord.Ensure deliverables are sent on time and meet client expectations.Assist in building and managing our Upwork Agency account.Conduct LinkedIn outreach and email marketing for new leads.Prepare weekly reports on proposals, communication, and closed projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in English, Design, or a related field.Prior experience handling Upwork or other freelance platforms.Experience in building or managing an Upwork agency.Understanding of design workflows and web development basics.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Confident in client-facing roles and online meetings.Familiarity with project management tools (Trello/ClickUp, Discord/Slack, or similar).Strong organizational and coordination skills.Bonus Skills:Knowledge of email marketing or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Background in design, UI/UX, or creative services.
