Findploy. is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our client's growing team in Lahore. This role is perfect for someone who understands the pulse of freelance marketplaces (especially Upwork) and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term client relationships. In This Role, You Will: Project Identification: Proactively research and identify potential clients and projects that align with our company’s services. Proposal Writing: Craft compelling, customized proposals that directly address client needs and highlight our strengths. Client Communication: Engage with clients professionally and promptly to clarify requirements, answer questions, and build rapport. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate project terms, finalize deals, and secure contracts successfully. Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on bidding success rates, proposal quality, and KPIs to refine future strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, development, and marketing) to align proposals with capabilities and delivery timelines. What We’re Looking For: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English. Strong understanding of freelance platforms like Upwork and effective bidding strategies. Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or web/app development. Proven track record of winning projects and achieving results on Upwork. Ready to Apply?
